Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → OrdPal Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

How do I delete my account?

Open OrdPal → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
